Stipend Details
The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend as follows:
- Graduate Apprentice: Rs. 9000
- Technician Apprentice: Rs. 8000
Age Limit
The age limit for applicants should not exceed 40. This means that individuals who are 40 years old or younger at the time of application are eligible to apply.
Required Qualifications
The qualifications required for the positions are as follows:
- Mechanical Engineering: First Class Diploma in Engineering (three years duration) awarded by a State Board of Technical Education.
- Hotel Management/Catering Technology: To be eligible for the position, a candidate must have completed a full-time, four-year degree program in Hotel Management/Catering Technology that is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Additionally, the candidate must have obtained at least 60% marks in their degree program.
- Commercial Practice: 03 Year Diploma in Commercial Practice (DCP) with Shorthand and Typewriting as Main/Electives from a recognised Polytechnic under State Council/Board of Technical Education established by State Govt/University with not less than 60% marks/6.32 CGPA.
Training Period
The selected candidates’ training period will last one year, starting from the date they join the organization. During this period, they will receive comprehensive training and guidance to develop their skills and competencies by the requirements of their roles. The training program will cover various areas, including technical knowledge, soft skills, and company policies and procedures.
The candidates will be closely monitored and evaluated throughout the training period to ensure they are progressing and meeting the required standards. After successfully completing the training program, the candidates will be considered for permanent employment with the organization.
Selection Process
