Job Description

Brief Description: This position involves providing comprehensive administrative support across all areas of Human Resources (HR).

Detailed Description: The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following key tasks:

  • Engage in short-term planning and execute tasks as per the work plans defined in conjunction with the immediate line manager.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support services across various HR disciplines.
  • Carry out administrative tasks independently, adhering to established HR practices, processes, and regulations, and ensuring compliance with the Bank’s standards, policies, and guidelines.
  • Evaluate and address HR queries, directing and/or escalating more complex issues to the immediate line manager/team leader and/or other internal HR professionals.
  • Maintain an accurate HR information/records management system, ensuring that the information is accessible, up-to-date, and complies with legislative requirements.
  • Provide management information to the immediate line manager/team leader as required for effective reporting.
  • Engage with the internal HR team, client departments, and external stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Proactively broaden HR knowledge and display a willingness to make improvements in own work (including methods and practices).
  • Evaluate own performance against given criteria, identify and address task-specific learning needs with the immediate line manager.
