Salary: R216 417 – R254 928 per year (Level 05). The successful candidate will need to sign a performance agreement.

Location: Labour And Labour Appeals Court: JHB

What You Need:

  • Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • At least one year of relevant experience would be a plus
  • Understanding of appeal process and petition procedures would be a plus
  • Experience in general administration or court-related functions would be a plus
  • A valid driver’s license would be a plus
  • Understanding of confidentiality in Government

Skills You Should Have:

  • Good administration and organizing skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Good interpersonal and public relation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
  • Numerical skills
  • Attention to detail and customer service skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective and efficient case flow management support service to the Court
  • Respond to all stakeholders’ enquiries and correspondences
  • Ensure all court records are properly filed and kept safe
  • Properly manage all appeal and petition processes
  • Ensure all appeals and applicants for Leave to appeal are properly received, processed, given a case number, and filed
  • Perform general administrative duties
