Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed at least a +3 Examination or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University and hold a Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
  • Age Limit: Candidates must be over 18 years and below 32 as of 20 June 2024, with age relaxation for reserved categories such as SEBC, SC, and ST as per government rules.
  • Typing Skills: Junior Typist candidates must have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute in English. Stenographer Grade-III candidates must have a shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and a typing speed of 40 words per minute in English.
  • Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Odia and must have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. Standard.
