Tenure
The duration of deputation, which includes any deputation in another non-cadre position immediately prior to this appointment in the same or a different organization or department of the Central Government, should generally not exceed 4 years.
Age Limit
The upper age limit should not be more than 56 years.
Salary
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary at Level-11 (Rs. 67700-208700) in the Pay Matrix as per the compensation package.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should be:
- Eligible individuals for this opportunity include officers of the Central or State Governments, as well as teaching or research faculty from recognized universities in India.
- Holding a similar position consistently within the original cadre or department or
- After serving in the grade for 5 years following a regular appointment in the pay band-3, which is in the range of Rs. 15,600-39,100, with a grade pay of Rs. 5400 [Level 10 (Rs. 56100-177500)], or its equivalent in the original cadre or department;
- Having served for 6 years in the specified grade after being appointed regularly in pay band-2, Rs. 9300-34800, along with a grade pay of Rs. 4800 [Level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100) in the pay Matrix], or its equivalent in the previous cadre or department.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University.
- 5 years’ experience, including 1 year’s teaching experience of techniques and methods in the area of management service at the Administrative Training Institute, Central Training Institute, university or college.
Desirable Qualifications
- Completion of a Master’s Degree from a recognized and accredited university.
- Completion of the Advanced Management Service Course from a government-recognised Institute.
