Educational Qualification for AIESL Vacancy 2024
The educational qualifications required for the positions are as follows:
For Aircraft Technician (B1) / Trainee Technician (B1) (Maintenance & Overhaul Shops): Candidates are required to have either an AME Diploma/Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering in the Mechanical stream from a recognized institution, or a Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
For Aircraft Technician (B2) / Trainee Technician(B2): Applicants must possess an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) Diploma/Certificate in the Avionics stream from a recognized institution. Alternatively, individuals with a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Radio, Instrumentation Engineering or an equivalent qualification are also eligible to apply.

Salary Details for AIESL Positions
- Aircraft Technician:Â The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs.27,940/- at the time of joining as per the approved salary structure of AIESL.
- Trainee Aircraft Technician:Â The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs.15,000/-.
- Trainee Technician: Candidates with less than 1 year of experience will be taken as Trainee Technicians for at least 6 months. During the training, candidates will be paid a stipend of Rs.15,000/-.
